What does it cost?Majority of clients qualify for a $0 down payment agreement. We have base rate $1,000 Mandatory Fee in order to set up and market your estate sale, this can increase for larger estate and more complex estates. We then host the sale and pay you 70%-60% of net sales. You will then have the option to pay for the Haul away and cleaning service at a base rate of $1,000. Estate Sales that generate over $3,000 is likely to walk away with cash in hand after all services have been paid for.
